Nestled away high above Gatlinburg, TN, Buckberry offers a 14 all-suite stay in the Smoky Mountains with large, spacious rooms and all with the same spectacular view of Mt. LeConte. Each suite boasts its own unique décor in the rustic flavor of the Adirondack style –– without sacrifice to finer comforts like generous soaking tubs, fireplaces, and private balconies.
Gallery
Amidst Oriental rugs, original art, and authentic Adirondack artifacts, our two-room, single bedroom, Gallery Suites create the perfect haven to escape to. Approximately 755 square feet of comfortable space, affords the highest quality of luxury and creates an inviting atmosphere in which to unwind and relax.
Lodge
Our Lodge Suites offer a spacious 650 square feet with a large bedroom area as well as intimate areas to relax and dine. All accentuated with unique Adirondack-style décor. Bathrooms are exquisitely adorned with the comforts one longs for when far from home.

Items provided upon check-in only will not be replenished during your stay.
We do maintain two 1/2 mile hiking trails and two outdoor gathering areas for our guests. One area has chairs and a fire pit as well as tables and a grill. The other is creek side with benches and chairs and restrooms.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
All reservations require a 2-night minimum stay.
Check-In/Check-Out
Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. Buckberry Lodge offers keyless entry. We have no check in area. We will email a door lock code 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Guests must check-out prior to 11am, unless an agreement has been made by management.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit (one full night) will be collected at time of reservation. The balance of the reservation will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date. Once the balance is paid, no refunds will be issued. If travel plans change and the dates of the reservation need to be adjusted, any monies paid will be applied to a future reservation. (RESTRICTIONS APPLY)
Housekeeping and Amenities
Bed linens and towels will be appropriately provided, based on the number of guests in a room and the length of stay. We do not offer daily housekeeping services. Special arrangements are possible if scheduled in advance of arrival.
Dish Soap and Dishwasher Detergent is provided for you. However, our Housekeeping staff will take care of all dirty dishes left behind upon checkout, as well as remove any trash at no additional charge.
You will find a Guest Services book attached to the confirmation letter as well as a link on this site. A hard copy is also available on property. This book will provide you with information about our property, history, and includes local information.

Vista at Buckberry Creek is Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items.
Vista at Buckberry Creek is a Non-Smoking property and does not allow Pets. Violation of the smoke/pet policies is subject to a $250 cleaning fee per room.
You must be an adult 21 years of age or older to rent a room; and an adult 21 or older must occupy each rented room.
By TN State law, Fire Code limits the number of occupants (regardless of age) to 4 individuals in any of our King Bed suites, and 6 individuals in any of our suites with 2 Double Beds.
Refunds and discounts will not be issued for any disruption to usual lodging services and amenities due to an Act of God, or forces beyond the control of the owners and staff at Vista at Buckberry Creek. We will; however, do our best to mitigate these circumstances as appropriate and reasonable.
